Doubling Down on our Visionaries Cadre

In 2025, we stepped back before moving forward, refining what “Platform” means at Visionaries by testing new initiatives and scaling those that delivered real value to founders and operators.

From hackathons in Europe’s leading tech hubs to intimate, operator-focused roundtables, our goal remained the same: that every founder and operator should feel just one connection away from the right answer. Platform is how we turn our community into a true multiplier.

1 Unmatched strategic support for founders and operators: We focused on delivering high-impact, tailored guidance - from market insights and fundraising strategy to key introductions across our investor and partner network. Our goal: to be the trusted partner helping our portfolio navigate inflection points and unlock growth. Our goal: to be the first call when it matters most.

Our Unscripted Series became a go-to platform for candid, closed-door conversations across Product, Tech, and Chief of Staff circles across London and Berlin, bringing together top operators from our portfolio and beyond, not just to network, but to learn from each other’s toughest challenges.

Our GTM office hours series and GTM Day focused on supporting our revenue leaders and commercially focused co-founders, giving direct access to Johann Butting, Partner and GTM expert at Visionaries, and other top experts in our network, while also fostering peer to peer learning to experience, share and problem solve as a collective.

2 Building the community that matters: Guided by portfolio feedback and market momentum, we invested in deepening our community where it counts – within key European hubs and around the expertise that drives the most value.

Through Hackathons in partnership with {Tech: Europe} or CDTM, in Paris, London, Stockholm, and Munich we brought together engineers, operators, and leading AI builders from ElevenLabs, Dust, OpenAI, Lovable and more. Our goal? Bridge academia, deep tech, and application where ideas turn into action.

3 Bridging the old and new economy: We leaned into our core DNA: connecting what’s possible with what’s needed. We brought together our LPs – the builders of the old economy – and our founders shaping the new. This year, we focused on sparking the conversations and collaborations that turn possibilities into partnerships.

Through our Old vs New Economy series – including UnternehmerTUM’s AI in Action Breakfast and Visionaries AI x Legacy Industries Day – we brought Europe’s legacy players face-to-face with frontier AI founders.
